I am looking to make an account so I can purchase a high roller package, but the confirmation email will not send. Couldn't really find any way to contact you directly.

Might have to try with a different email. Try having it resend the confirmation. Sometimes it can take 15 minutes or more for some reason.

Not to be a nuisance but I have tried multiple emails and I have tried resending the confirmation email for 3 hours. Every 15 mins I retry.

Some mails providers block the confirmation mail .

Try to make an account with https://www-7.mailo.com/

I used this and it worked

Use an other browser

You got something blocking the mail

Could be a mail protection plugin from antivirus or browser addons

We cant create any new acc because nexgen automatic mail is not working

0 E-mail sent to confirm the  registration i just tryed with 2 differents mails providers

Also email verification was working obviously because we had new members sign up and buy products. However I do see quite a few who it shows have not verified that email.

if nothing works you can be manually verified on the admin panel if all fails.

I took away email verification for now until we figure out why some have no issue and others do.
